Andrew B. Greenlee
Andrew Greenlee has litigated high-stakes appeals across the country, including federal appeals before the Second Circuit, Fourth Circuit, Fifth Circuit, Sixth Circuit, Seventh Circuit, Eighth Circuit, Ninth Circuit, and Eleventh Circuit. He has also represented clients such as the legendary aviator Chuck Yeager in the United States Supreme Court. Andrew Greenlee has served as trial and appellate counsel in multiple million dollar civil suits.
Education
Attorney Greenlee obtained his B.A. from Emory University in 1998, his M.A. from the University of Miami in 2004, and his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law cum laude in 2010. While at Florida State, he served as the Associate Selection Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, and as a member on the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law. He was also a member of the Moot Court and wrote an article that was subsequently co-published with Professor Randall Abate, Sowing Seeds Uncertain: Ocean Iron Fertilization, Climate Change and the International Environmental Law Framework, 27 Pace Envtl. L. Rev. 555, Spring 2010 special climate change issue.
